WPML translation credits

Problem:
The client is considering a €99 WPML subscription and wants to know if they can receive free translation credits for having multiple websites under one account or by creating a new account.
Solution:
If you're considering the €99 WPML subscription and are curious about free translation credits, here's what we recommend:
1. Each new WPML account receives a one-time gift of 90,000 free credits upon signing up. This offer is only valid for new accounts and cannot be applied by adding more sites to an existing account.
2. After the initial credits, you can either purchase prepaid credits or opt for a pay-as-you-go plan, which provides 2,000 free credits each month. You can manage and assign these credits to your individual sites via the WPML account dashboard.

cliffD	Background of the issue: We have a customer who might want a new license for WPML. They are considering the €99 subscription and want to know if we can get any free translation credits when we have multiple websites under our account or under a new account of their own. Symptoms: No specific issue or error message mentioned. Questions: Do we get any free translation credits with the €99 subscription? Can we get free credits if we have multiple websites under our account? Can we get free credits if the customer creates a new account of their own?

Your client will receive 90,000 free credits when they sign up for their own WPML account. They would need to create their own new account, it wouldn't work if you just added another site under your account. I hope that makes sense. cliffD	Hi Lauren, Okay, then that means they get the 90,000 for free when they have the € 99,- subscription. We have an unlimited account with 180.000 credits. Are both the 90.000 credits as well as our 180.000 credits each month or each year? It's not really clear from the pricing table. I take it we can buy extra credits and then assign them to the website that needs them? thank you for your help!!

Then you can purchase pre paid credits or use pay as you go credits. With pay as you go credits, you pay for what you use each month and get 2,000 free credits each month.
