I’m using WPML on my site carbonaut.ca and automated translations are active. Directly within the WordPress admin, I can see that translation credits are available and translations are functioning as expected.

However, when I log into my WPML account and go to Manage Credits, it shows that no website or account is linked to the credits currently in use. From the WPML dashboard side, it appears as if this site is not connected, even though the WPML plugin is installed, active, and actively using credits on the site.

This results in two conflicting views:

WordPress (WPML plugin): Credits are visible and automated translations are enabled and working

WPML Account Dashboard: No site or account appears linked to these credits

It seems the site is not properly associated with the WPML account on your end. I need help confirming which account the site is linked to and properly syncing the site with the correct WPML account so credits and usage are reflected consistently.
