Please answer my question and share the working video of the translated content with the ACF fields? Previously, you mentioned that automatic translation requires new credits as per the word estimation to work because currently translation of the ACF field not exists.

Thank you for responding.

Certainly, I can guide you through the process. To begin, please reload some credits so that I can start the 'Automatic Translation'. Additionally, I'll need your authorization to proceed with the 'Automatic Translation' (which will use your credits), as well as information on which page you would like me to translate.

Hi,

I already have prepaid credits in my account, please see attached. How many credits will be required for the one page. I'm sharing the page URL soon with you for the automatic translation but make sure the content should be translated into the ACF fields.

Please translate the following page: hidden link into Spanish using automatic translation. Ensure that all content is translated into the ACF fields. Let me know how many credits will be required and the estimated completion time. Additionally, please create a "how-to" process video while performing the translation to help with understanding the steps involved.

Thanks for your reply. As per calculation, please reload around 2 - 5k credits for translations.

Thanks for your reply.

It looks like the word estimate calculation is incorrect and you'll need more credits to translate this page hidden link into Spanish.

Maybe you can transfer around 5k credits so that we can test?

We need an urgent response on this matter. The translation has already been delayed, and the page must be translated today. We also require transparency in how the 5K credits are being calculated, as the credits were added based on the word count for one language. It's not acceptable to demand additional credits without a clear explanation.

You should be able to translate the original page, or you can proceed with translating the About page (hidden link) into Spanish. This page has a word count of 310, and we estimate that 620 credits are needed, see attached screenshots. Ensure that the content is translated into the ACF fields, and record a video of the process for our review.

Thanks for your response.

As mentioned earlier, the issue with the "word estimate calculation being incorrect" in Translation Management is likely because the system isn't accounting for words in your ACF fields. To get an accurate word count for the page, you need to start the translation process as demonstrated in this screen recording: hidden link . If the system finds that you have insufficient credits, it will show a notification at the top.

Therefore, I recommend adding more credits to your website, as it's clear you’ll need more when reviewing the Advanced Translation Editor. As shown in the video, I had to scroll down significantly, indicating there are many words to translate. I hope this clarifies things.

So, how we can calculate correct word estimate and credits required to translate one page completely in one language?

Thank you for your response.

Typically, if you have sufficient credits, hovering over the "Translate Automatically" button, as seen in the attached screenshot, will display the required amount of credits. It will also indicate the automatic translation engine being used.

That's why I'm suggesting you reload more to see the displayed amount. Let me know how it goes.
