Problem:
The client is unable to connect to the WPML Advanced Translation Editor.
Solution:
For this issue, we recommend the following steps:
1. Navigate to Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab.
2. Un-register and then re-register your site with a new sitekey.
3. Go to WPML > Settings > Translation Editor.
4. Select Editor for new translations: Classic Translation Editor and save.
5. Reload the page and switch back to the Advanced Translation Editor.
