Hello,

the problem is that after support the transaliton show in the classic wordpress page editor, but not in the ATE. If I open the page, the translated text is there, but all the Elementor things are cleared out (like header, footer and page structure).

Can you please take a look on that?

Thanks and regards.

Hello,

if you mean that XLIFF or CTE translations are not showing in ATE; then I am afraid that is expected. You should continue to use the same method or continue with CTE, if you want to use ATE you will need to re-translate it.

Related docs, please check: https://wpml.org/faq/why-arent-my-translations-showing/#translation-memory-faqs

Let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.

Regards,
Drazen

Hello,

I did not do nothing with the CTE, I mentioned the classic wordpress page editor. The main problem, that the translations did not appears as an elementor page. I do not know if there is a quick fix for this, or should I export the translations from the string translator?

Hello,

I am not sure I understand your issue here.

You mentioned in your title: XLIFF import not shown in ATE
that is expected as I explained, and as it says in shared docs.

If that is clear, and you have another issue, can you please explain what goes wrong? Do you mean some translation is not showing on the frontend or?

Thanks,
Drazen

Hello,

the main problem is that the translation is showing on the frontend, but not in the right style. It looks like a classic wordpress page, not with the one we styled and structured with Elementor.

Thanks,

Hello,

thanks.

We limit 1 issue per 1 ticket, to keep things clear and easy to follow. I have opened a new ticket for your new issue and will update you there

If the original issue of this ticket is answered (XLIFF and ATE) I advise closing this one and continuing our conversation in the new ticket.
