Hello there,

Could you please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting and find the Advanced Translation editor Information you get there and send it over.

From what i see on our systems you COPIED the site on october 6th and the domain is/Was: hidden link

If you migrated that site to the live site again, then that's the problem right there. when you select that you are copying the site, you're basically telling WPML to keep the translation but to not send over the credits, glossary, etc (because that way you won't spend them by mistake).

If you then move that site back to the original one, you'll be overwriting the one that has the credits with the one that doesn't.

We can fix that, it's not a problem but can you confirm this is what happened by any chance?
