Hi WPML Team,

I'm unable to activate the pay-as-you-go option on my website. I got this error "An error occurred when confirming the subscription: your account has debt".

Please resolve this issue at earliest as I need to automatic translate the content on my website.

You can pay the outstanding debt via this link: hidden link

Once the debt is paid, then you will be able to activate Pay As You Go.

Thanks for your prompt reply. My site (hidden link) shows 0 payment in the invoice. See uploaded image.

Could you please help me confirm the following question?

1. The $98.20 payment you sent is just for hidden link ?

2. Could you tell me when I used it?

1.- Yes, the payment is for hidden link

2.- The date range is Jan 8 – Feb 3, 2023
