Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the WPML language switcher not functioning correctly when toggling back to the English website from the French version. Additionally, the domain validation for the French domain (https://academieford.ca/) returns as not valid.
Solution:
1. We suggested checking if dynamic values are used for the Home and SiteURL settings, as this could affect the language switcher functionality. 3. We requested temporary access to the site to further investigate the issue. Before proceeding, a full backup of the website and database was emphasized as necessary.
