Problem:
The client reported a significant performance difference between two identically cloned subdomains, relaunch.***.com and dev.***.com. Despite having the same database content, web content, and server configuration, relaunch.***.com was much slower.
Solution:
We suggested that the client re-save the entry for "Products" in the specified language on the WPML settings page at
https://dev.***.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tm%2Fmenu%2Fsettings
. This action was previously successful in resolving a related issue on the relaunch subdomain as discussed in the WPML support forum thread at https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-products-slug-not-changing-when-in-different-languages/.
We recommended testing this solution on a different instance with all plugins and the theme active to see if re-saving resolves the issue. If not, we advised isolating and re-saving the option to determine if that would fix the problem.
