Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the footer on the German and English versions of their multilingual website is incorrectly displaying the same content, specifically the German footer, despite different settings intended for each language.
Solution:
We identified that the footer's default language was incorrectly set to English instead of German, and the translation workflow was not followed as recommended. Here are the steps to resolve the issue:
1. Recreate the footer from scratch in German, then translate it following the guidelines provided in our documentation on Divi Builder compatibility.
2. Alternatively, edit the English footer to ensure it is in English, then manually send it for translation as demonstrated in the support video.
