Problem: The client is working on a site under development and is unable to translate the Call to Action (CTA) in the header using WPML, as the string does not appear in the WPML String Translation. Solution: We recommend trying two methods to locate and translate the missing CTA string: Method 1: Navigate to WPML > String Translation. At the bottom of the page, enable the option "Look for strings while pages are rendered." Then, visit the front end where the CTA is displayed, and return to WPML > String Translation to search for the string. Method 2: If the string is still not found, it might be included as an admin text string. Follow the process outlined in our documentation to find and translate admin text strings: Translate Admin and Settings Strings and Finding Strings that Don't Appear on the String Translation Page. Please note, if the strings originate from outside WordPress, WPML may not be able to detect or translate them.
