This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to assign prepaid translation credits from your WPML.org account to your site for automatic translation, but you receive an error message stating, 'You don’t have enough credits to use automatic translation.'
Solution:
First, ensure that your WPML.org account indeed has the available credits. We recommend taking a screenshot of the error and the account status showing your credit balance. Next, please check the URL of the site where you are trying to assign the credits to ensure it is correctly configured for this operation. For detailed steps on how to assign credits, visit How to Assign Automatic Translation Credits.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, please check for related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. We highly recommend opening a new support ticket if the problem persists. For further assistance, you can contact us directly through the WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to assign 80000 prepaid translation credits from my wpml.org account to my site under development to use automatic translation.

Symptoms:
When I clicked 'Assign credits now', I received an error message: 'You don’t have enough credits to use automatic translation'.

Questions:
Why are we unable to assign the credits in our account?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

From what I can see, your account does have the available credits. Could you please provide a screenshot that shows the issue you're experiencing?

Additionally, please share the URL of the site where you are trying to assign the credits.

Thank you for your feedback.

I see that the credits are in your wpml.org account. What happens if you click the "Assign credits now" button? Or assign from your wpml.org account, as in the screenshot?

Thank you for the question. I was able to assign credits from inside the wpml.org dashboard.

The problem occurred when I attempted to click on the "Assign credits now" button within the website as shown in the three screen shots earlier.
