automatic translation post updates

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using automatic translation for their website and is now entering a second phase where they want to add keywords to the original language posts and manually translate different keywords for the translated posts. They are concerned about updates in the original language overriding the manual translations in the translated posts. Additionally, they have an issue with a translated post not picking up changes from the original post.
Solution:
We recommend deactivating the WPML editor for the specific posts/pages or the full Custom Post Type (CPT) and activating the manual translation mode. This allows direct editing in the Block Editor or Page Builder. Detailed instructions can be found here: Using Different Translation Editors for Different Pages.

milanP-8	Hi, We started using the automatic translation for our website, mainly posts. Now we are getting into a 2nd phase, where we want to be adding some keywords into the original language posts. And also we will be adding keywords into the translated posts (which are different from the original ones and cannot be translated directly = we need a bit of manual translation). What is the best way to go about this, so that the keyword update of a post in the original language will not impact the translated post too much (so that the updates in the original language will not override our translations)? IE. is there a way to "unlink" the translation and original (or make them independent?), or should we switch to Translate Some? What is the best way to go about this? Thank you. Also, one of our translated posts got broken - still using the automatic translations, made changes in the original post, but the translated post doesn't pickup the changes. The translation if a draft set to be published tomorrow. Thank you I can add the debug info tomorrow. Thanks.

Marcel Supporter Languages: English (English ) Spanish (Español ) German (Deutsch ) Timezone: Europe/Madrid (GMT+02:00)	Hi, as best, you deactivate the WPML editor for that specific posts/pages (or full CPT) and activate the manual translation mode as described here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/. This will allow you to edit the pages directly in the Block Editor - or Page-Builder if you use any. For your second question, please provide a complete example.
