When we login to that account it says 0 credits available. see screenshot.
Can we reverse the transfer? The entire concept of transfer is confusing and was not what we wanted. We've resolved how we'll have the client own the account moving forward, but need the domain back in this account please.

Thanks for your patience while we reviewed this.
Currently, the domain greenbergfarrow.com is assigned to the user jamesn-19 following a previous transfer. Because these transfers are irreversible on our side, we can only move the domain back once we receive explicit confirmation from the current owner.
To proceed safely and avoid any ownership disputes later, please do the following:
1. Log in to your account as jamesn-19.
2. From that account, please create a new forum thread clearly stating that you:
* request the domain greenbergfarrow.com to be moved back to greggH-3, and
* understand and agree that this change will be final.
Once we receive this confirmation from the jamesn-19 account, our Systems team will manually move the domain back to greggH-3 and restore the ability to manage the associated credits from there. After the change is completed, we’ll update the forum ticket and send a confirmation email to jamesn-19 for your records.
