Hello,

After having installed WPML I can't load my woo commerce shop page anymore.
I've never had this issue before. Can you help?

Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, can you try with only WPML and WooCommerce plugins active while all others deactivated? Also try with a standard theme like 2024.

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand.

It'd also be much helpful if you enable debugging in your site. See https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ for details. So we can have more details on the errors (if there's any).

Please let us know your findings and we'll try our best to help you further on the matter.
