Credits assigned, not showing up on wordpress

Background of the issue:
I am trying to assign credits to my WordPress site using WPML. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
I have assigned more than enough credits, but in WordPress, it is showing as 0 remaining.

Questions:
What am I doing wrong?
