Solution:

2. We explained that the process might take a few days and promised to keep the client updated.
3. We also informed the client about the implications of deleting their lifetime account, which includes the inability to use WPML on unlimited sites without purchasing a new subscription.
4. We asked the client to confirm if they still wished to proceed with the account deletion.
