This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client requested to close their WPML lifetime account and erase all personal information from the system, but could not find a way to do it themselves.
Solution:
1. We acknowledged the client's request and informed them that we would contact the sales team to initiate the account closure and data erasure process.
2. We explained that the process might take a few days and promised to keep the client updated.
3. We also informed the client about the implications of deleting their lifetime account, which includes the inability to use WPML on unlimited sites without purchasing a new subscription.
4. We asked the client to confirm if they still wished to proceed with the account deletion.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. This is Mercedes from the WPML Admin team. I wanted to let you know that your lifetime account allows you to register WPML on unlimited sites for life. If we delete your account and you need to use WPML again you will have to purchase a new subscription.

Do you still want to have your account fully deleted?
