This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client updated their contact page in English and then updated the French translation through the editor. However, the changes did not appear on the French version of the contact page. The French contact page showed an old address and was missing a second phone number, despite updates made in the editor.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps:
1. Edit the page in the original language.
2. Make some changes in the content.
3. Save the changes.
4. Update the translation.
5. If the issue persists, manually edit the translated page, add the changes to the contact information, and save the changes.
6. Double-check if the content appears correctly translated.
It turned out that the issue was due to a missing translation for the new contact information. Since the editor was loading the full block in HTML, it was necessary to manually change the translation. We completed the translation for the client, cleared the cache, and confirmed that it was working as expected.

Background of the issue:
For Ilyes: I made some updates on my contact page in English and then updated the French translation through the editor. However, the changes do not appear on the French version of the contact page. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:

- Edit the page in the original language

Hi Carlos,

Could you please assign this ticket to Ilyes. We work well together, I prefer to work with him. I always ask for my tickets to be assigned to him and Ilyes is ok with that.

On another note, I already tried the steps you suggested and it does not work (I can't edit the translated page through Elementor or wordpress editor.

Turns out the issue was a simple translation missing, the new contact information translation did not have the new data, have you manually changed the translation or just resaved it?

Since the editor is loading the full block in HTML, you need to manually change the translation,

I finished the translation for you, deleted the cache and now it is working as expected,

Hum, I see... And I went through that full block in HTML, but I did not see the address, maybe I went too fast (Less convenient to translate that block) but now I see what you mean!
