This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where Divi heading tags, such as blurbs or text, are not being translated when sent to the translation agency, Translate 1.
Solution:
We disconnected the sites to access the Advanced Translation Editor on the staging site. We used an example page and confirmed that the header text was visible in the original language and in the Advanced Translation Editor. We then sent the page for translation and verified that the title was present in the downloaded XLIFF file. We suggested that the client should try to reproduce the issue on the staging site, as it might be a plugin conflict that doesn't occur in the minimal settings environment of the staging site. If the issue persists on the staging site, we asked the client to inform us about the specific page and title used for testing so we could investigate further.
If this solution doesn't look relevant, please open a new support ticket.

Thank you for contacting WPML support. I'll be happy to help you with this. Let's check to see if the headings are showing up in the Advanced Translation Editor. Please follow the exact steps below and let me know the results. 1. Go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Translation Jobs and cancel the in progress job. If there is no in progress job, continue to the next steps. |

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Our Debugging Procedures I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site. Privacy and Security Policy We have strict policies regarding privacy and access to your information. Please see: **IMPORTANT** - Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access. - If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link |

Thanks for sending credentials. We are going to need to test your site in minimal settings (meaning only WPML plugins active) with the latest Divi theme. Is that something I can test on the dev site that you sent me access to? If not, I can set up a test site for you and we can get a copy of your site and test it there. |

You can try the migration again and if that doesn’t work, you can send use the Duplicator plugin to send me a package of your site that I can install locally for further testing. |

This looks like an error on your server side. Can you ask them? Could also by why the cloudways migration didn’t work. Is it possible that your hosting provider can set up a separate staging site so we can test minimal settings? |
