Hello,

Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue.

To help you faster, I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please see this link for how to get this information from your site and give it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

The existing translations will not loose if you switch the hosting or change the site URL.

Have you also changed the site URL while moving to new hosting? If so, you can choose the *No* option. Otherwise, you can select the *Yes, this is a copy* option and proceed with it.

Hope you have a full site backup. Please refer to the following documentation for more details.
