How can incorrect URLs for translated pages occur?

judithR-10	Background of the issue: I am experiencing issues with the URLs generated for translated pages on my site hidden link. I am using WPML for translations. Symptoms: Some pages have incorrect URLs in the English version compared to the original German pages. Questions: How can incorrect URLs for translated pages occur? Do I need to delete the incorrect English pages and edit the German version to regenerate the English version? judithR-10	I haven't synced the menu yet. Here are several en versions created with the similar slug name orber-street-1, orber-street-2 etc. Are this due to page copy and published privately in German?

While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly. It's very likely that this happened due to duplication. By default, WPML uses the page name to create the slug, so that's likely the cause. To update the slugs of the translations, please refer to this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-page-slugs/ This way, you should be able to correct the slugs and then proceed with the menu sync. If that does not help, one of my colleagues will soon come to continue support.
