I suggest you follow some steps below and check the credits on your site again: 1. Go to WPML.org > Sites page https://wpml.org/account/sites/ 2. Delete the current sitekey of the site hidden link, the credits will be back to your account. 3. Go to your site admin area > Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab > Unregister and re-register your site with a new sitekey. 4. Assign credits from WPML.org account to your site.
