I assigned the corresponding score to the account, but when I translated it in the background of the website, it still said that the website score was not enough.

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

I suggest you follow some steps below and check the credits on your site again:

1. Go to WPML.org > Sites page https://wpml.org/account/sites/
2. Delete the current sitekey of the site hidden link, the credits will be back to your account.
3. Go to your site admin area > Plugins > Add new > Commercial tab > Unregister and re-register your site with a new sitekey.
4. Assign credits from WPML.org account to your site.
