Background of the issue:
I have an active Multilingual CMS subscription and I am trying to duplicate media (images and featured images) from the default language post to its translated version using WPML. I am following WPML’s documentation and forum responses about media translation and duplication.

Symptoms:
I cannot find the WPML Media plugin in my Downloads section, even though I have an active Multilingual CMS subscription.

Questions:
Why is the WPML Media plugin not appearing in my Downloads section despite having a Multilingual CMS subscription?
How can I access the WPML Media plugin to duplicate media for translated posts?

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us

The Media Translation plugin should appear in Plugins -> Add new -> Commercial tab. Please share a screenshot of that screen so I can double-check that Media Translation plugin is not appearing.

You mentioned that you want to duplicate the media and attachments to the translated content. If this is the case, then you don't need the Media Translation plugin. To duplicate the featured image and the attached media, you should check the corresponding checkboxes that appear in the Languages block on the right column when editing a content (post, page, etc) in the default language.

Looking forward to your message.
Regards,
Carlos
