Hello,

Thanks for contacting us.

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

I am not sure what do you mean, can you please explain what exactly do you need?

If you need to re-register WPML product for your staging site, you can do so :

- In your website, go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial.
- Unregister WPML by clicking the unregister link.
- Then go back to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial on your website.
- Click the register link and register staging URL with new key.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Drazen

Hi Drazen,

Thanks for trying to help. I am trying to get through the widget instructions in my staging environment. I am stuck in step 3:

When I click on the link to obtain the migration code, I am directed to my production site dashboard and cannot locate the migration code.

For context, I have already unregistered and re-registered the staging site. Also, the message in the widget contains incorrect information, the staging site URL is actually hidden link and not hidden link

Hi,

You need to go ot he website URL that contains the current Automatic translation. Then you need to follow the steps below:

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

So the original website contains the key that then you can paste to the screenshot you shared.

Thanks.

Thanks! I located the Translation Tools tab but I am unable to copy the migration code (see the attached screenshot for error message).

Conversely, I see an option to "Want to share this site's automatic translation account with another site? Enter the connection key to another site"

But I am unable to locate the connection key from my staging environment. Any suggestions?
