Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my website using WPML. I recently purchased this plugin to facilitate automatic translation.

Symptoms:
Every time I try to translate my website, I receive the message: 'Translate Everything Automatically is stopped. Translation not running... there is an issue that needs your attention. Fix it to continue.' When I press fix, it loads and returns with the same issue.

Questions:
Why does the automatic translation stop with an error message?
How can I resolve the issue to continue translating my website?
