I've rechecked your Website and everything looks fine now. Did you sort this out yourself? If not, could you share the URL of the page in question and also some screenshots?

is not translated in the arabic page, and is not found in the translation page.
Go to translations page, then open 'contact us' that has the type pattern, and you will not find the above text, even if you search for it.
