This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needed explicit confirmation of the renewal price for their Multilingual CMS subscription to complete an internal requisition. They were unsure if the renewal price of 59 EURO, seen in past years, would remain the same.
Solution:
We advised the client to log into their WPML account and navigate to the Account and Payments section to check their payment history and confirm the renewal price. For further confirmation and to obtain a tax invoice, they should follow these steps:
1. Log into the WPML account.
2. Navigate to the Account and Payments section.
3. Click on the Payment history and invoices link to view or download invoices.
If the client needs additional assistance or if this information does not resolve their query, we recommend contacting our accounts team directly through the contact form.

Just to make sure I am not missing an opportunity to further assist you, is there something technical that is preventing the renewal or updating WPML on your website?
