I understand what you're looking for. Since the menu contains custom links, you can either translate it using the WPML Menu Sync feature or manually create a new menu in the other language from scratch, which approach gives you the flexibility to customize the menu according to your needs. Please check the links below to understand the process.
I have attempted the WP Menu Sync which is the preferred method as it will be too hard to try and create custom menus in 10 different languages and be able to correctly identify the right page when creating.
As per the screenshots attached and the other ticket, the issue being experienced is that the String Translation isn't being picked up by WP Menu Sync.
I have reviewed the ticket and already sent a response. Let's continue discussing the issue you're experiencing with translating custom menu items via WP Menu Sync there. If you need further assistance, feel free to provide an update on that ticket, and I'll be happy to help.
You can mark this conversation as resolved as we can continue the conversation regarding the menu translation issue in the other ticket.
Best regards,
Prosenjit
