Not only did I just discover further changes you made to the site (see this video: hidden link)
...but I also just discovered most of our plugins were deactivated and not re-activated!? That's crazy. This is really not ok. I gave access to Bobby to fix five button links and that's all.
Can you re-activate all the plugins that were active (but not the ones that weren't!!) when you received access to the site, or should I restore a back-up from the day before you worked on the site?

The button here refers to the first issue that I solved on your dev site.
This content is not part of the page, it is a global Container called "Member Logo Carousel" from the Avada Library and gets translated at Avada > Library.
Take note that this global container is still not completely translated into French and you should complete its translation.

- What issue did you solve that you're referring to?
I don't know what this has to do with the weird "FR" and "WPML Foo Test Foo" text that was showing up in the Members Carousel.
Anyway, in my video you can see that I was trying to edit it in the Library section but that the translation page for that Library element did not contain that extra "FR" at the end of the section title or the button, or the weird test text.
I appreciate that you fixed it, but I still don't know where/how that editing happened.

Oh my god...just before I hit Submit, I decided to go back to check one more time...and I went into the Library, and all (but two) of the Library items are gone!!!!????
Did you delete them? I haven't touched them and nobody else is working on the website.
There were (I think) 18 items in the Library. Now there are two!
I will have to revert to a backup if you don't know what happened / can fix that! ...and that will undo anything you already did.
About your support requests:
I am really sorry that your support requests demand so much time and to hear that translating with WPML is causing you a lot of complications, but we both had a couple of tickets these weeks and there was not really an issue.
I realized that I am actually only repeating myself again and again and it seems the way I explain is not really leading toward a clarification or solution.
Please do not take this as a kind of offense, I just want to make sure if I may need to explain things in a different way so that it makes more sense to you.
OK...whew...It was late in the evening and when I saw only two library items I kind of freaked out. Very glad to know we don't have to restore an old version and start over!
(We are not translating the descriptions of each company, so for our purposes, that library element is complete. And we will translate any Library elements we need, but only when we need to.)
