Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the content in the theme template for my site hidden link. I am specifically looking at the page hidden link.

Symptoms:
The content in the theme template has not been translated.

Questions:
Is it a WPML setting problem?
Is there something else that needs to be done to translate the theme template content?

Add new languages, click on all translations previously translated, will the credit rating of the translation still be deducted

Regarding the link URL, usually, the translation is available in the Advanced translation editor by searching the search box:
