Hello there,

On your last message, you've shared your credentials publicly, which not recommended. I suggest you delete the user whose information was shared, or at least change its password.

Also, I've noticed that you have 2 other tickets open for the very same issue:

Which are duplicates. My recommendation is that you proceed with Christopher, and send him the login credentials using the proper form. Since this is a duplicate, I'll close it here.
