Background of the issue:
I am trying to import a glossary file into WPML. The glossary initially gets imported, and I can see some entries.

Here is a video recording of the issue: hidden link

Symptoms:
When the page is refreshed, the glossary entries disappear. I expected to see a bunch of glossary entries, but instead, I see no glossary entries.

Questions:
Why do the glossary entries disappear after refreshing the page?
How can I ensure the glossary entries remain visible after import?

Hello,

Can you check if the missing entries are the ones that in the CSV have a value "general" in the column "kind"?

If so, change them all to "name" and then re-import them exactly as you did on the video (by allowing the overwrite of the existing ones).

Try it out and let me know if that works.

Yes changing the kind value to "name" did the trick and the items in the Glossary are now sticking.
