Problem:
If you're trying to enable Redis on your website and find that you cannot save products normally, where the page gets stuck and does not redirect to the translation successful screen, even though the product saves correctly in the background.
Solution:
We recommend checking our known issues with Redis cache at this page. Additionally, download the necessary file from this link and add it to the appropriate folder on your server. After doing so, please clear your cache and test the functionality again. It might also be helpful to share your Debug information with us to better understand your site's configuration. You can find a detailed explanation on how to provide this information at this link.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket. Background of the issue:
I am trying to enable Redis on my website hidden link.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

Questions:
After I enable Redis, I cannot save my products in a normal way. The page gets stuck and never redirects to the translation successful screen.

In the background, the product is indeed saved correctly, but to see that, I need to close the tab manually and look for the product again. I am attaching the screen I stuck with.

If I disable Redis, everything starts working normally.

First of all, sorry for the late reply; it was due to a higher workload.

1) We have known issues with the Redis cache. Please check this page.

Please download this hidden link">file and added to the "" folder. After that, please clear the cache and test again.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?

The debug info will give me much information about how your site is configured.
