The prices in USD and EUR are not calculated correctly when VAT is added. For example, a product should be $78.00 but is showing as $72.00. Another product shows a sale price of $74.20 instead of $74.00 in USD and €69.86 instead of €69.00 in EUR.

I checked your website, and actually the values are showing as expected. Let's use the Dani Herringbone Throw Blanket in Aqua Haze Blue as an example. In EUR, it has the sale price of 58.22.
58.22 X 120% = 69,86
In USD, it has the sale price of 61.83
61.83 X 120% = 74,196 (which rounds to 74,20)
It seems to me that the values here are actually being added the 20% tax properly. Can you please double-check?
This product isn't available in the staging version. I also couldn't check what's showing in the live website, as the Currency Switcher is not present. Nonetheless, here are the expected prices for it:
