Hi, Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today. I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical. ✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site. Best regards, |

Hi, Please log in to this hidden link">sandbox site and install the "WooCommerce Product Filters" plugin. After that, please create a test filter and add it to the shop page to replicate the issue. If the issue is replicable, please let me know to consult our compatibility team. Best regards, |

Hi, I just created the filter and added a menu where you can test it. The same problem occurs here as well. Go to the clothing and try to select a subcategory with the filter like accessories. Again it will show "no option available" |

Hi, Thanks for replicating the issue. I selected "Display categories and sub-categories as separate dropdowns" in the "Filter style" option. After that, the filter appeared correctly on hidden link">the category page. Please check it and let me know if it works as expected. Best regards, |

Hi, In Dutch, the filter appears correctly. Kindly check this hidden link">page. When visiting the translated category, even when WPML is deactivated, the price filter only appears. (Kindly check the attached screenshot) Best regards, |

Hey Osama, that is indeed the result that was needed! How did you do it, and what was the cause of this error (I am curious)? So I can replicate it on the live website. Also when I am finishing the Dutch version and this problem occurs in English I can apply the same solution ? |

Hi, Please make sure that you select "Display categories and sub-categories as separate dropdowns" in the "Filter style" option in all of your filters. That's what I did on your site, which fixed the issue. Best regards, |

Tried it, and now it does work for on the subcategory page. I will let it be for now, but now on the shop page itself the subcategories are shown in a separate dropdown. Also it is strange that this it is strange that I have to change the settings to make it work while if WPML CMS is disabled it works as intended. Either way, I can live with this, but I hope the compatibility with Barn2 will be improved in the future. I thank you for your time looking into this. |

Hi, Thank you for your reply. Please note that the Products Filter plugin is not officially compatible with WPML, so there might be some issues. It would be very helpful if you consulted the Barn2 support team regarding these issues and let us know their findings and if we could help fix the issue. Best regards, |
