WPML admin panel is completely broken. I cannot click on any tabs in WPML → Languages (Site Languages, Language URL format, Browser language redirect, etc.). The interface displays but all links are non-functional.
Error logs show:
PHP Fatal Error: Uncaught Error: Class "TwigTemplate" not found in /wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/vendor/twig/twig/src/TemplateWrapper.php
Failed loading Twig templates: default-language-change.twig and tm-mcs-search.twig
Database error: Unknown column wpml_automatic_translation_costs in table wp_icl_translate_job
I tried clearing WPML cache via Troubleshooting page and manually deleting /wp-content/uploads/cache/wpml/twig/ but the issue persists. WPML version appears up to date. WordPress 6.7.0.

I could access your site with the correct password you shared. I then could see the problem in WPML -> Languages. I went to Plugins -> All Plugins and deactivated WPML and Strings Translation. My intention was to they ane reinstall WPML. If it is not successful, use the All-In-One Migration plugin to take a copy of your site. But as soon as I deactivated WPML, there was a critical error in the admin. Please see the attached screenshot. I was also unable to access your site via FTP. Could you please correct this problem and allow me to take a copy of your site?

Your server is setting the PHP MEMORY LIMIT to 64M.
This might be insignificant.
You need ot ask your server support to raise it to at least 128M and preferably to 256M.

WPML does not work correctly on our site even on a fresh installation. Right after activating the plugin, the WPML → Languages admin screen becomes unusable – all tabs and links are unclickable, and we cannot even add the main language we need (Polish). We opened a support ticket and followed the instructions, but the issue has not been resolved and the plugin remains non‑functional in our environment.
At this point, we have already spent more time than we can justify trying to debug this. WPML, in its current state, does not meet our project’s needs, so continuing troubleshooting no longer makes sense for us.
Please process a 100% refund for this order and cancel the related subscription/license.
