This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client is unable to find the WPML Media Translator plugin either installed or available for download on their site.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend checking your site's backend first. You can find the plugin by navigating to Plugins > Add new > Commercial on your site's dashboard. Alternatively, you can download the plugin from your WPML.org account by visiting https://wpml.org/download/wpml-media/?section=changelog.
If you prefer to manually install the plugin, download the zip file from the above link, then go to your site > Plugins > Add new > Upload, upload the zip file, and activate the plugin.
For further guidance, you can refer to our documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/media-translation/.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
