This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are managing a WordPress multisite network and are facing issues with the allocation of translation credits. Specifically, when an automatic translation is triggered on one master site, the credits are incorrectly deducted from another site's account, causing confusion and difficulty in tracking usage.
Solution:
1. Visit your WPML account and remove any sites other than the main network website.
2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Commercial in your WordPress dashboard and click "Check for updates" to ensure all WPML plugins are updated to the latest versions. Remember to create a backup before making these changes.
3. Unfortunately, it is currently a known limitation that translation credits cannot be assigned separately for each subsite in a WordPress multisite setup; credits are shared across the entire network. We have escalated this as a feature request for potential future improvements.
4. As a temporary solution, we have manually assigned the required credits to your subsite to help you continue working without interruptions.
Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket.
