This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to send multiple pages for automatic translation using WPML and did not see the "Translate Automatically" option in the Translation Management section.

Solution:
1. We advised the client to deactivate any third-party translation service, such as Unbabel, by navigating to "WPML > Translation Management > Translators" and clicking the "Deactivate" button associated with the service.

2. We instructed the client to enable the "Advanced Translation Editor" by going to "WPML > Settings" and selecting the "Advanced Translation Editor" option under the "Translation Editor" section.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. This is in reference with https://wpml.org/forums/topic/auto-translate-pages/#post-15213827.

Tell us what you are trying to do?

Could not send multiple pages for automatic translation.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatically-translating-multiple-translation-jobs-in-bulk/

Is there a similar example that we can see?

Below are the screenshots of what I am seeing from my end.

> I could not see the option "Translate automatically" (screenshot: hidden link)

> After clicking the "Translation Tab" link, I am redirected to this page (screenshot: hidden link)

> I tried clicking both the "documentation" link and the "Activate" button but both lead me to a 404 page. (screenshot: hidden link)

Please advise what to do next?

Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Based on the screenshots you provided, it appears that "Unbabel," a third-party translation service, is activated on your site. This is the reason why the "Translate Automatically" option is not showing in the Translation Management section. The Automatic Translation feature will be unavailable when a Translation Service is in use.

To enable Bulk Automatic Translation of WPML, please navigate to "WPML > Translation Management > Translators" section and deactivate the Translation Service first, You will find the option to deactivate the Unbabel Translation Service by clicking on the "Deactivate" button associated with it.

Once the option is deactivated, the "Translate Automatically" option will appear again in the Translation Management section.

Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi Prosenjit, Thanks for the prompt response.

I have deactivated the Unbabel service but still, the option for the automatic translation is still not available. Please click the link below for the screenshot.

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

It seems the "Advanced Translation Editor" is not enabled on your site, which is why, the "Translate Automatically" option is not showing in the Translation Management section. Please go to "WPML > Settings" and under the "Translation Editor" section, ensure that the "Advanced Translation Editor" option is selected. Please check this screenshot for a better understanding: hidden link

Let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
