Automatic Translation Option not showing on String Translations

gabrielleH-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate strings using automatic translations which are set up on the account and have been used on Pages/Posts. However, when I go to String Translations and select the string, there are no options to translate automatically. Symptoms: The automatic translation option is not showing in String Translations. I can only add strings to the translation basket, which only allows me to assign them to a translator, not to machine translation. Questions: Why is the automatic translation option not available in String Translations? How can I enable machine translation for strings?
