Background of the issue:
We bought new credits. But it keeps saying that it is not able to auto translate. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
No auto translations

Questions:
Why are the new credits not being recognized?
How can I enable auto translations with the new credits?

Hi When i look in my overview there are credits assigned. See atatched image.

Hi There,
I hope you're doing well.

As you got disconnected from the chat right after creating the chat, I had to convert this chat to a ticket. I'm including my findings below.

I checked our system and found that 25k credits have been assigned to the site key associated with hidden link. Since you have copied the site to a new domain (hidden link), the system is not recognizing the Automatic translation request from this new domain and thus, the automatic translation is not working.

To use Automatic Translation on the new site, you need to generate a new site key for the new domain from your WPML account and register WPML on the new site with the newly generated key. Once this is done, you will be able to assign automatic translation credits to the new site by following this guide and automatically translate the contents.

Hi, i followed the steps. Also deactivated and activated WPML. But there is no place i can past the new site key.

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

The site key still doesn't seem to be connected properly with the site which is why, the credits are not showing and the Automatic translation is not working. Please try the following steps and check if they helps in solving the issue:

1. From your WordPress backend, go to the "Plugins > Add New > Commercial" tab.
2. Click on "Unregister WPML from this site".
3. Once the site key is detached, log in to your WPML.ORG account and go to the Registered Sites section.
4. Delete the site(hidden link) by clicking on the Trash icon (Screenshot: hidden link). If any credits assigned to the site, they will be deposited on your WPML Account.
5. After deleting the site, generate a new key by clicking on the **Add new site** button. During the site key generation, you can assign credits as well. Once done, copy the new site key.
6. Go back to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the "Plugins > Add New > Commercial" tab.
7. Enter the new site key in the license key box and activate the license.

Once the site is activated with the new key, go to WPML > Settings and change the Translation mode to Translate Everything Automatically. Since credits are added with the new key, the automatic translation should work properly after that.
