Hi, I have EN DE and FR in my site, Original language is EN. I have some post that need to be translated in different design and same design with the original language.
1. I want the FR language have different design and content (I have seen the tutorial from wpml)
2. I want the DE language have same design and content with the original language (EN), so I need to translate the DE version using ATE.
How to make it?

For keeping the same design and translating the content, you can either duplicate the page inside WPML > Translation Management and then go to Pages and switch the language from the top and edit the duplicated page with the same page builder you used in the default language and translate manually or if you want to use ATE so that you can use the automatic translation function (which requires credits), you can follow the steps presented here (https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/).
