Background of the issue:
I translate my products using WPML on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
The formatting is gone in the translated language, making it appear as one big block of text.

Questions:
How can I maintain the formatting of my products in the translated language?

Can you upload screenshots of where the problem can be seen?

I've enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please refer to this link for instructions on how to retrieve this information from your site and provide it to us: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/

But first, please check and test the workaround from here if it sounds the same:

Hello,

here are the screenshots, in english it's like one big chunck of text, not readable at all T_T
hidden link
hidden link

I tried your hack by disabling the option “I prefer bigger segments” and retranslated it again and it's better but still missing one break:
hidden link

Also do I have to do this hack for all of my already translated pages?
Now that the option “I prefer bigger segments” is disabled, it means that I won't have this problem anymore for future transaltions?

Thank you for your help

This is a temporary solution. We will address the issue; the line breaks with the "I prefer bigger segments" option will function properly. Therefore, in the future, it will simply be a matter of choosing your preferred choice.

I recommend attempting to update the page translation again. Modify the original page slightly, save it, navigate to the WPML translation editor, and complete the translation.

Ok I'll try that and wait for the new solution by wpml!
