This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to view the completed work of private translators on the translation queue and is not receiving notifications.
Solution:
We recommend updating the WPML plugin to the latest version, currently 4.6.10, and all related add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. Although this may not directly solve the issue, it is essential to troubleshoot on the most recent code. The client can find the latest versions in the "My Account -> Downloads" section on the WPML website. For instructions on how to update, please refer to the documentation here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/. It is also important to back up the database before proceeding with the update. If the issue persists after the update, the client should inform us.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the problem continues, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If necessary, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket for further assistance. You can do so here: WPML support forum.

Could you please update your WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.10 and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem, however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best we need to work on the latest code available.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

Please remember to backup your database first before you proceed.

Let me know if the issue persists after an update has been done.

Could you kindly provide me with the screenshots that demonstrate the issue at hand? Moreover, have you tried disabling all the plugins except for WPML to see if the issue persists?

I have enabled debug information for this support ticket. Please refer to the following link that explains how to obtain this information from your site and share it with us:

Thank you for your feedback. It seems like WPML plugins have not been updated yet. Can you please update them and check if this resolves the issue? Instructions for updating can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/
