This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the translation of the Privacy Policy page was being erased after certain actions, such as refreshing the page or switching languages.
Solution:
We performed standard WPML troubleshooting steps and recreated the translation of the Privacy Policy. After these actions, the issue where the page was being erased did not recur. We advised the client to monitor the situation and report back if the error occurs again, providing details on how it happened and steps to reproduce it. This information will help us to further investigate and resolve the issue.

If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, we recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Hello,

I ran some standard WPML troubleshooting steps, recreated the translation of the Privacy Policy and it seems now the page is not being erased, like before. I refreshed the page multiple times, switched languages and the error did not happen.

Please, if you see the error again, please tell me exactly how it happened and how I can reproduce it. This way, I'll be able to better investigate what's going on.

Thanks a lot
but unfortunately I stile have issues
1. I can't find where to switch the automatic translate to a manual.
2. I don't see option to translate the footer, header, appointments, filters
