The client has translated the navigational header menu using WPML, but it is not displaying on the website.

Background of the issue:
I have translated the navigational header menu using WPML, but it is not showing on my website. I am following the documentation at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/.

Symptoms:
The translated navigational menu does not appear on the front end of my website.

Questions:
Why is the translated menu not showing on the front end?
Is there a step I might have missed in the menu translation process?

YES,
the menu works fine while using this method, thank you.

But...since you have acces to my site anyway.
I have no idea why 1 page is not translating.

Thank you for the updates and glad that menu issue is fixed.

I checked quickly for the said page and can see that it is translated completely but the default language content is shown on the frontend.

This needs some detailed investigation. I recommend opening a separate ticket/chat because as per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket.
