This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are trying to translate your WordPress site using WPML, specifically having issues with a page not being translated to other languages. Sometimes translations appear with a strange URL, but currently, they are not appearing at all for this specific page.
Solution:
We recommend checking the language switcher on the top bar of your site. From there, you can access other language versions of the page and ensure they are published. If the translations still do not appear or show with strange URLs, it might be due to settings or the need for updates.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Hello!

I'll get things started while a supporter takes your case:

1) If you edit this page in the back-end, do you see it translated both in the translation editor and also in the actual page? (edit it in the translated language to see what the content is and if it's the same you translated in the translation editor)

2) You mention:

When I open the page from the native languaje in english the translations are not appearing.

Do you mean that if you go to the refunds page in English, then use the language switcher to switch to, say, Finnish, it won't work there? is it there where you find the "wrong URL"?

3) You also mention

But when I enter from another language different from the native, then yes I can select the language to translate.

Do you mean that in English you don't see the language switcher for specific languages, while if you're instead in say, Finnish, you not only see the FINNISH content but can also see the other languages that weren't available in English?

4) Lastly, if you go to the English page, edit it and check the "languages" section usually located in the right sidebar (where you can translate the page), do you see the pencil icon for all the languages that you can't see from the English language?

Let us know so we can better understand how to continue.

Hi,

The permalink shown in the screenshot is the default WordPress permalink for a page saved as a draft. It is only viewable by logged-in administrators.

From what I can see, the page has already been correctly translated into Spanish, as seen on the frontend: hidden link.

Therefore, all other language versions of the page can be saved as "Published" in the right sidebar of that post. Additionally, you can control whether new pages should be saved as drafts or published immediately in WPML -> Languages.

Best Regards,
Marcel

Hello Marcel,

As i am using ATE, I see this page is already as "public"in the original english languaje.
And yes only is like Alejandro described. And I don't know how to "unblock" those urls for the rest of languajes, if you can send me some instruction or picture?

thanks,
Joaquín

Hi Joaquín,

As your screenshot shows, there is a language switcher on the top bar. You can access other language versions here and publish the pages.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best Regards
Marcel
