Problem:
The client is trying to reset their password in the WPML dashboard, but keeps receiving an error that the existing password is invalid, despite being able to log in with it moments before.
Solution:
1. We suggested checking if the password was saved in the browser and comparing it to the one being typed to ensure there are no discrepancies.
2. We recommended trying to access the WPML account using a different browser to rule out browser-specific issues.
3. We advised using the 'I forgot the password' option to reset the password, especially since the email associated with the account was recently changed by our support team.
4. We converted the chat into a forum ticket to ensure continuity in support should the session close after using the 'I forgot the password' option.
