I’ve spent the past 3–4 days translating our site and have run into a few issues that I’d appreciate your help with:
1.) Icons not visible in shortcodes
Icons are missing when viewing shortcodes on translated pages. We are using the Directorist theme. Please see the attached screenshot.
2.) Homepage search box issues in translations
On the translated versions of the homepage, the content inside the search box is only partly visible. The dropdowns are not working, even though the terms themselves have been translated.
3.) Shortcode content not displaying on translated pages
Several shortcodes do not show any content on translated pages. This affects the following sections on the homepage:
- Categories
- Featured Hotel Furniture & Equipment
- Browse by Location

4.) Listings visibility across languages
I would like listings to appear in search results regardless of language. However, this option seems locked (padlock icon), and the “fallback” option cannot be selected. Could you advise how to enable this?
5.) Missing menu items in translations
Parts of the main menu and footer menu are missing in some languages, even though all pages are translated. The menus do seem to update gradually, with more pages appearing over time. Is there a WPML cache or synchronization process that I should manually reset?
