Hi, there seems to be a problem with the support forum options to mark tickets as resolved, for people who use the Firefox browser.

Kor had helped me with a support ticket, seen here:

In Firefox, I clicked the button to indicate that the ticket was resolved, and I experienced two problems:

1. The "How your issue was resolved?" radio buttons were not clickable.

This is the content within the #bbpress_support_rating element on the page.

(Side note, you might change the question text to "How was your issue resolved?", to be grammatically correct in English.

2. The "Are you happy with the support that you received" section didn't work as expected.

I accidentally clicked the "No" option first and then clicked the "Yes" option before I submitted the form. However, when I submitted the form, an apology message appeared, as if I had submitted the form with the "No" option still selected.

I see that there's some sort of jQuery on the #toggle-yes and #toggle-no <input> elements, and perhaps it's not working as expected in Firefox.

If it helps, these issues were not present in Safari for MacOS. I reopened the ticket, then used Safari to close it again.

The radio buttons were clickable, and the "Are you happy with the support..." question submitted as expected when I used the Safari browser.
